Our mission is to help strengthen low wealth families and neighborhoods using a community economic development strategy.

Description

Passage Home provides transitional housing and supportive services to homeless women and children as well as women who are leaving the prison system. Our services focus on life goals, parenting, career, and budgeting. Passage Home also has community programs such as after-school programs, economic literacy, youth mentoring, vocational skills, drug and gang prevention, and neighborhood advocacy.
