Description

Since 1951, Good Samaritan Community Services (GSCS) has provided much needed assistance to people living in the neighborhoods of San Antonio's near west side.

GSCS offers extensive social service programs that address the overall needs of children, youth, and families living in this community. GSCS's commitment to improving the quality of life in this area of town is embodied in its mission, changing lives through excellent community services.

GSCS locations include: San Antonio West Side, San Antonio NE Side, Brownsville. Pharr, Sonora, Wimberley

If you still need volunteers I am here. I would definitely have a friend come with me or recommend that she sign up. I think it is very important to help the community in any way that we can. I love this city and the people in it and I am very very sad when I see some people who have no food or water and no clothes. It is very hard for me to see. I am free all of the time so whatever is needed I can always be there.
