Description

Lake Jackson VFD is approximately 30 miles south of Washington, D.C., just south the City of Manassas in Prince William County, Virginia. Our fire station sits adjacent to a private, man-made lake named the same, on a tributary to the Occoquan River. Our primary response area encompasses approximately 22 square miles and approximately 2600 residents. Lake Jackson VFD is a volunteer department, staffed by trained volunteers and augmented by career personnel, and one of eleven in Prince William County.
