Mission Statement

The mission of TASK-9 is to provide the community with a proficient, certified, search resource, which is primarily canine (K-9), at no cost, and to educate the community in the use of the resource.

Description

TASK-9, Inc. (Trailing & Air-scenting Search K-9s) provides search and rescue resources to requesting agencies using qualified handler and K9 teams at no cost to those agencies, the community, or the family. The teams have training in on lead and off lead trailing, human scent specific, generic air scenting, water search, human remains detection, and local disaster.
