The Berkeley Public Library supports the individual's right to know by providing free access to information and by developing collections and services which meet the diverse needs of our multicultural community.

Description

The Berkely Public Library serves over 100,000 cardholders and provides a variety of traditional and nontraditional services and resources, including: children's programs, dynamic teen programs, innovative informational and referral services, literacy programs, internet access, a database of community organizations (the Berkeley Information Network), an extensive collection of art and music, and the Berkeley History Room.
