The mission of the Owatonna Public Schools "is to inspire all learners to excel in a dynamic society by creating a world class education within an innovative learning community".

Description

We offer preschool opportuities for children ages 3 - 5 years of age. We also have an Early Childhood Family Education program which offers parenting classes for parents and children to come to together.
