Mission Statement

The purpose of North Warren Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company of Warren County is to provide emergency and public services to any resident with in Warren County or any mutual jurisdiction requesting assistance, to the up most of our abilities. These services may include but not be limited to fire prevention and suppression activities, emergency medical services, rescue, public services and education.

Description

Our department provides protection to approximate 30 square miles area. This area encompasses the northern end of Warren County as well as a portion of Fredrick and Clark Counties. Within this area we provide coverage to one interstate, one major four-lane roadway, a major rail way route as well as 1500 residential homes. Additionally within this area there are a number manufacturing complexes includind three major distribution facilities including the Virginia Inland Port Distribution Center and a major natural gas distribution pipeline
