Description

Pet Orphans of Southern California is one of the oldest active humane organizations in the Los Angeles area with a private shelter. Founded in 1973, this non-profit rescue group is dedicated to the advancement of companion animal welfare. At our shelter facility located in Van Nuys, CA, an average of 50 dogs and 40 cats are housed until they can be placed with responsible, loving new owners. Since 1973, Pet Orphans has facilitated several thousand dog and cat adoptions. For more information, visit www.petorphans.org.
