DHCC provides interpreters & real time captioners upon request. Sometimes to obtain needed requests we must first do some education about the ADA and advocacy. We are the only interpreter referral service in the Delaware Valley providing 24 hour emergency interpreting services. Video Interpreting Services are our newest element; these can provide remote interpreters. We also have American Sign Language classes taught be Deaf instructors. We have a resource room complete with a video lending library for both the Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Community & interpreters to use to improve their skills & knowledge. And, we offer information & referral about services we do not ourselves provide.
