Our mission at The Never Again
Foundation is to help families who have lost a loved one to domestic violence ensure that the killer does
not profit from murder. We succeed as we combine the power of the law with the power of doing the right thing.

Description

The Never Again Foundation uses the
power of the civil justice system to help victims obtain justice, hold abusers fully financially accountable, and accelerate social change in preventing abuse. As a non-profit charity, we have successfully obtained many of the largest judgments directly against abusers in Arizona history - now totaling over $220 million. All judgments collected go directly to the abuse victims to help them rebuild their lives.
