Mission Statement

The purpose of the Bolingbrook Jaycees is Community Service through the organization of young people of the community; promotion of the welfare of the village of Bolingbrook through constructive projects; to provide intelligent and patriotic leadership in the community; to study and foster the commercial and educational advantages of our community; and to communicate a feeling of mutual community understanding to all people in the village.

Description

The Jaycees is the organization of choice for men and women of all ages, but focuses on 21-40 years of age, who want the best opportunities for leadership development, volunteerism and community service. The Junior Chamber organization is a constructive action organization of young persons who devote a portion of their time to community service in the public interest, developing young persons as leaders of their community.
