To empower disadvantaged youth and their families to break the long-term cycle of failure, poverty, hopelessness and economic dependency through education and training; To serve the community as the premier provider of personalized, comprehensive and compassionate services, based on traditional values and designed to empower at-risk youth and their families; To accomplish this mission through accelerated education, counseling, positive affirmation, motivation, life skills development, self esteem building and vocational readiness in a loving and caring environment.
