Mission Statement

The Learning and Tutoring Center of East Austin(LTCEA) is a non-profit 501c3 organization for the purpose of providing tutorial services to help children in academic subjects such as reading and mathematics. Our mission is to help eliminate illiteracy in our community and to enhance our children's abilities to obtain the academic, social and life skills needed for their future success.

Description

The LTCEA tutors children in reading, math and writing during its annual Summer Tutoring Enrichment Program. Our organization also sponsors a Job Readiness Training for Summer Youth Employment for youths ages 14 - 17. The training is usually done on two consecutive Saturdays in February.
