Mission Statement

The mission of OAR is to provide community managed services aimed at restoring the individual offender as a responsible member of the community. This is accomplished through the development and delivery of programs which support the restoration of offenders, families and victims.

Description

OAR provides transition services to offenders and their families during incarceration and after release with the goal of moving the offender from tax user to taxpayer and restoring him/her as a responsible member of the community
