Mission Statement

Open Door Mobile Health exists to increase access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate, patient centered health care, and to maximize the overall well-being of our patients.

Description

Our Mobile Health program features health care services performed on two 38' customized mobile units - one for medical services and the other for dental services. These mobile units will travel throughout southern Minnesota stopping at various places to provide meaningful health care to anyone. We welcome people that have insurance, are on medical assistance or don't have insurance at all. We offer a sliding fee discount scale to those who qualify.
