Voices for Biodiversity (V4B) is an online conservation multimedia magazine that shares the stories of people from around the globe in order to help all species survive and thrive together. V4B is a gathering place for those who believe that humanity’s health and well-being depend upon the health and well-being of other species. By offering the opportunity for expression to writers, journalists, conservation practitioners, scientists, and those little-heard voices from the field, V4B’s storytelling connects people with other species and the natural world through writing, photography, video, or podcasts. Volunteers become a part of a virtual team. The e-zine has won the American Anthropological Associations’ Anthropology in Media Award in 2014. In 2015 the e-zine won the award for best website from New Mexico Press Women and the National Federation of Press Women. The e-zine can be found at: www.voicesforbiodiversity.org
