Mission Statement

Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation (DMSF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides four-year high school scholarships and support services to economically disadvantaged Chicagoland eighth grade students in order to ensure they are properly prepared for and have access to a college education.

Description

DMSF sponsors a wide range of educational support services including: mentoring, language skills training, college counseling, summer caddie and other employment opportunities and college test preparation. Scholarship recipients must demonstrate academic potential, financial need, moral character and leadership skills. There are currently more than 470 DMSF Scholars enrolled in our high school college preparatory programs.
