The mission of Carver County is to meet the service requirements and special needs of our residents in a fiscally responsible way. We will plan the county;s growth to preserve its rural uniqueness and urban compatibility.

Description

Carver County has set goals to reduce waste and increase the efforts to use materials that may otherwise be thought of as waste. We have especially dedicated ourselves to increasing recycling and composting rates throughout our county.
