Mission Statement

The Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy is a community based group working towards saving and restoring the remaining salt marsh wetlands in Huntington Beach and other wetlands throughout Orange County, CA.

Description

The HB Wetlands Conservancy currently owns and maintains over 100 acres of wetlands in Huntington Beach and is actively pursuing ownership of additional acres of degraded wetlands. The Conservancy is working to restore degraded wetlands back to their historic state as functioning salt water marsh or fresh water wetland habitat.
