Mission Statement

The Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program is a community service organization that seeks to improve and maintain the health of its members by providing accessible, comprehensive health care of high quality on a prepaid basis in a cost effective manner. We aspire to be the world leader in improving health through affordable, integrated health care. We will be distinguished by our strong social purpose, physician responsibility for clinical decision-making, and an enduring partnership between our health plan and our medical groups.

Hospice is a program designed to provide comfort care for the patient and support for the care givers. Hospice allows the patient to remain in their home until death through the support of the Hospice team, and provides bereavement follow-up to the family.

i'm a caregiver... i've experienced taking care of a hospice whom i showed my best and love... and that patient made me realize changes that i had since he passed away... i want to help those who are suffering and whose lives are numbered..
