The Cass County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The primary focus of the program is to represent the interests of abused and neglected children in child protective proceedings by appointing trained community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children in child protective proceedings in Cass County.
