ESR helps working low-income and chronically homeless individuals and families who are ready to help themselves achieve their full potential for functional, social, and economic self-reliance through the design and application of cost-effective, individualized Client Success Plans.

Description

ESR improves lower income families’ economic well-being by reducing family debt, increasing home ownership, providing affordable childcare, expanding use of the earned income tax credit and improving their ability to earn higher wages. ESR works to reduce homelessness by eliminating chronic homelessness and preventing temporary homelessness.
