Mission Statement

The Martinsville Rescue Squad provides prompt, effective, and efficient emergency first aid, rescue, and transport services to the sick and injured.

Description

We are a 100% volunteer organization providing our emergency services 24 hours a day and 7 days a week every week of the year. Our services are provided at no cost to those who request our help. We primarily serve residents, workers, and visitors to the Martinsville section of Bridgewater Twp, but we provide "mutual aid" to all neighboring squads whenever they need us.

I have had several years on this squad and have made some very good friends. I am still using the first aid kit that was given to me when i moved to Virginia. I have many fond memories and witsh i could still be with the squad today. If you need a caring compassionate group to be with this gorup of professionals is the group to be with. Thank you to all the education and blessings that i have had and learned while a menber of MVRS.
