Mission Statement

The Local Development Corporation of East New York (LDCENY) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and expanding business opportunity in East Brooklyn. Since is founding in 1979 by a coalition of local business owners and community leaders, the LDCENY has worked with government, foundations and private enterprise to create and administer programs that help businesses cut red tape, reduce costs, increase productivity, increase profitability and access the resources they need to be successful.
