Mission Statement

We are a Center whose mission is to serve the education and research needs of people with disabilities in ways and in areas agreed upon by our Board of Directors. We incorporated in June, 2003, and relocated our main office during Hurricane Ike, but did not change our area of operations - rather, we expanded it to include Galveston, Houston and Austin, San Antonio, throughout the State of Texas and the nation virtually, as well as throughout North America.

We are currently focusing our efforts on Environmental Disabilities, as well as State and National Legislative Advocacy through our Civil/Disability Rights Program to try to save as many of the funds and rights of people with disabilities and seniors in Texas and throughout the nation. Our current program areas for people with disabilities include: Technology Transfer, Education and Research, Civil/Disability Rights, Religion, Emergency Trauma Care Delivery, Special Projects and Environmental Disabilities.

We achieve our Mission by addressing needs through ongoing projects in the various areas identified by our Board of Directors.
