Mission Statement

Able People Foundation focuses on the needs of very low-income seniors and people with disabilities, especially those with physical limitations, and works toward preventing injury at home (to both the caregiver and the patient), increasing independence, promoting community interaction, and reducing the healthcare costs to our community and county through providing basic mobility products and advocacy education.

Description

We receive donation of used mobility products from community, and give to those in need in our community in Santa Clara County and surrounding areas. Further, we purchase brand-new basic mobility products According to advice of our professional network and give to community in need every holidays such as, walkers, wheelchairs, and etc. more, we have ability to record and develop educational and advocacy Classes online
