To provide assistance to those in the greater Boynton Beach area who are in need of food, shelter and other services

Description

CCC provides a food pantry, a Hispanic Outreach program, a homeless initiative, emergency shelter, referral services, advocacy, and emergency financial assistance with rent, mortgage payments, and prescriptions. We also serve as a host site for the SHARE program.
