Description

REACH Caregivers encompasses three different programs;

Faith in Action.
Brings together volunteers of different faiths to care for elderly individuals who may be homebound, isolated, disabled, or ill. Volunteers provide many forms of non-medical assistance such as transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, friendly visitation, light yard work, home repairs, etc.

24 Hour Crisis Intervention/Day Resource Program. Crisis Intervention responds to acute shelter crisis and related needs as a last resort with 24 hour/day volunteers. This program includes a Day Resource Center, where information & referrals are provided for the homeless and those in need.

Cold Weather Shelter for the Homeless.
The Cold Weather Shelter provides homeless adults a safe shelter of last resort to avoid the risk of death or bodily harm from hypothermia.
