SVTC's primary mission is to provide quality, client-centered health, habilitation, and educational services for eligible persons with mental retardation.

Description

SVTC is one of five regional public facilities for clients with mental retardation in the state of Virginia. It is organized along functional lines that facilitate the provision of health services, program services and daily residential services to clients as well as administrative and operational services.
