To assist lower income, Medicare recipients, obtain extra help with the costs of their prescription drugs. This is done through referrals for assistance and direct assistance with the Medicare Extra Help Program application process.

Description

The Medicare beneficiaries are assisted through volunteers who can help them understand the program and get application assistance or through a volunteer,s direct assistance with completing the application.
