Description

The Children's Organ Transplant Association(COTA) is a not-for-profit national charity dedicated to helping families raise the necessary funds for transplant expenses. In this case COTA is helping the family of a 6yr old child who was diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis at age 3, a very rare disease in children.
