Mission Statement

BARC's mission is to reduce the number of dogs who are euthanized by rescuing them from high kill shelters, puppy mills, animal testing facilities and from situations of neglect or cruelty. BARC provides necessary medical care for the dogs and finds them loving homes.

Description

BARC is an all volunteer organization. We operate an adoption center where we bring in rescued animals, provide for their daily needs and find them new homes.
