Mission Statement

To preserve the old 1880s school house, and store in it the artifacts, photographs and genealogy records of the town of Lyons.

Description

The museum is a two-story 1880 school house converted into a display of old-time artifacts of small town life. It displays the history of the town through objects and photographs, and has its genealogy records. Includes a gift and old-books store.
