Founded in 1993, Phantom Galleries is a program of the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, and a co-founder of Sacramento's 2nd Saturday events. As a non-profit organization we promote emerging artists while enhancing our local area with exhibits, mini-art Grants, and performances. This has attracted artist live-work homes, galleries, public art and more within the Uptown District of Sacramento, CA - California's State Capitol. Uptown is the Arts & Business District everyone is talking about in the capitol city!
