Description

Odyssey Hospice provides end of life care to patients where they live. The Orange County branch serves patients in the South Bay, San Pedro, Long Beach, Lakewood-Downey and Whittier-LaHabra and the greater Orange County area. Areas are divided and served by several teams. Each Team includes a Case Manager, Nurse, Social worker, Hospice Aide, Chaplain, Volunteeer Manager and Bereavement Coordinator. All members of the team are available to the patient and "family". Each patient has the right to accept or decline any discipline of care, except medical supervision.

To provide quality end of life care for all patients and their family is what Odyssey provides.
