Mission Statement

A birthday cake is such a simple thing; most of us don't give it much thought. However, there are children out there who will not get a birthday cake this year due to their particular life circumstances. Birthday Cakes 4 Free is based on the belief that every child citizen deserves a birthday cake. We serve children that through no fault of their own have found themselves in poverty, shelters and/or foster care.

Description

Our goal is to reach out to as many children as we can and show them there are individuals that do care. We wan to brighten a child's day with the caring gesture of providing them with a special birthday cakes made just for them.

We work with individuals, caregivers or agencies related to serving children to help provide a birthday cake to a child at no cost. If you live in San Antonio or the surrounding area (including the counties of Atascosa, Bexar, Bandera, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, and Wilson) and know of a child who could benefit from our service, please contact us.

All chapters of Birthday Cakes 4 Free are strictly non-profit and work on a volunteer basis. Our wonderful volutneers come from all walks of life and share one common goal ~ to bring a child happiness on his or her birthday with a personalized birthday cake.
