We are Christ the King Service Corps. Living simply in a community of faith, we reach out in service to all people in our neighborhood, regardless of race, religion, age or status, to instill hope and create a brighter future for Detroit and its residents. CKSC volunteers strive to live by three simple words: Faith. Service. Simplicity.

Description

Christ the King Service Corps volunteers live in faith community. They are provided room, board, medical insurance, use of a community car, and a small monthly stipend. Volunteers work as teachers, community organizers, and serve in other capacities to support the people of Northwest Detroit.
