Mission Statement

The mission of the Northeast Florida Community Action Agency, Inc. is to promote public awareness of the causes and conditions of poverty in Northeast Florida and promote a greater understanding of the root causes of poverty and insitutional barriers to self-sufficiency, and advocacy of humane public policies. NFCAA will furtherendeavor to encourage self-sufficiency through educational and housing programs, and housing programs, informational exchanges, collaborative sharing of resources, and advocacy. Finally, NFCAA will work to improve the quality of life of the residents of Northeast Florida by providing programs and services which raise the health, education, and economic standards of citizens living at the lowest social and economic levels.
