Visions For Change

Mission Statement

In June of 2009, "Visions For Change, Inc." was established as a non-profit affiliate organization of "Housing Visions".

The mission of Housing Visions is to revitalize and sustain neighbourhoods through a comprehensive approach that improves quality of life. They accomplish this by purchasing, developing, substantially rehabilitating or newly reconstruct homes, and perform property management functions. Housing Visions serves low income households including special populations such as the physically handicapped, victims of domestic violence, and homeless veterans.

Visions For Change, enhances Housing Visions mission by eliminating poverty in the community it serves, building economic stability and life prosperity. We accomplish this by offering the Choosing to Thrive program to the residents of Housing Visions and the community to empower them to permanently transition out of poverty and into economic self-sufficiency.
