If you would like to lend a hand helping a senior, become part of Clermont Senior Services volunteer team in the Extra Hands or Shopper program. Volunteers are needed to help seniors for small jobs that may include general yard clean-up, small paint jobs, and washing windows. Grocery shoppers are needed ongoing for seniors that can't get to the store for themselves because of health issues. Volunteers needed in all areas of the county. Volunteer time for extra hands may be about 4 hours. Volunteer time for shoppers may be about 4-6 hours per month.

We are looking for volunteers to spruce up yards and other small jobs: clean flower beds, plant flowers, mulch, rake leaves, trim low hanging branches, pick up sticks in yard, small paint jobs, and deck cleaning/staining. Some experience would be helpful. This opportunity could be for individuals, groups, or families. Providing own tools would be very helpful.

Clermont Senior Services is looking for caring volunteers to help seniors that need assistance with grocery shopping and running errands. Many seniors are physically unable to shop for themselves and could use a volunteer to shop for them. Opportunities available in all areas of Clermont County. Volunteers can help any day of the week, 10 AM - 7 PM, at your convenience. Please plan to comply with COVID guidelines.

We are looking for compassionate advocates for seniors at a very vulnerable time in their life. Would you consider becoming a guardian (of person only) with a time commitment of 3-4 hours per month? The guardian will advocate for a senior whose decision making abilities are diminished due to mental incapacities and that senior has no one willing or able to step in for them.
