UrbanGlass promotes the use of glass as a medium for creative endeavor in art, craft and design; fosters excellence in the field by providing a critical context for the developing glass art movement; offers professional opportunities, high quality facilities and expertise to all artists; and engenders public appreciation of glass.

Description

UrbanGlass is a not-for-profit international center for the creation and appreciation of new art made from glass. Programs include artist-access to furnaces and equipment, classes and workshops, on and off-site exhibitions, GLASS Quarterly, The Bead ProjectTM, UrbanGlass Abroad, The Store at UrbanGlass and The Bead Expo.
