To bring care and comfort through food to our firemen. To help the healing process for all concerned. To respect the level of involvement that the participants are comfortable with.

Description

As a result of September 11 this organization was founded to connect chefs and other food service professionals to firehouses wishing to participate. These chefs would"adopt" a firehouse. They could bring them previously prepared food or prepare the food fresh for the house. The level of participation is up to the chef and the firehouse. It is our goal to see every house that was directly effected by September 11 visited by a professional chef.
