Mission Statement

To provide housing, social services and other resources to American veterans and sexually abused and exploited children

Description

H.O.P.E. Inc, was founded in August 2010 as an organization to help American veterans with housing and other social services vital to re-adjusting to mainstream life. We, as founding members, saw a special area of need within the veterans that are returning home from the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns.

These veterans come back to broken homes, many face alcoholism, and many have issues with adusting to mainstream life. The more we were eduacuted about these issues, the more we realized that these wars, unlike any other, were longer and called upon a broader segment of the population to serve in the wars. The tours of duty were longer and more memebers of The National Guard had been called for duty than any other war.

We provide housing for these brave men and women, substance abuse conseling, recovery and employment opportunity training.

As our other area of focus, we also provide summer day camp programs for children

We also partner with The American Red Cross on helping with disaster relief services. We've helped to provide temporary housing and humanitarian services.
