Central Oregon Battering and Rape Alliance provides comprehensive family violence and sexual assault services and promotes the value of living life free from violence.

Description

The primary purpose of Saving Grace is to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and to provide community education to break the cycle of violence. COBRA's Services are designed to help survivors of abuse regain control of their lives, start the healing process, develop positive self-esteem, and help stop the cycle of violence so that future abuse can be prevented.
