Description
CIEE: the Council on International Educational Exchange is the leading U.S. non-governmental international education organization. Established in 1947, CIEE is a world leader in student exchange services. Each year, we help nearly 50,000 high school and university students as well as young professionals and educators grow personally and to develop their potential through participation in a wide variety of exchange programs across the globe.
The CIEE USA High School Programis a 5 or 10-month academic program that enables qualified international high school students to attend high school in the U.S. while living with a host family. Host families invite students into their homes to fully participate in all aspects of family and community life. CIEE presently has over 1,300 high school students from 55 different countries living in communities throughout the U.S.
