The mission of Lifelink Head Start and Early Head Start is to provide a high quality, comprehensive child development and social service program for young children and their families, and to meet the changing needs of a diverse population through creative programming and community partnerships.

Lifelink is a health and human services agency, which has provided care to all generations since 1895. Services include; adoption, foster care, Head Start, nursing-care, retirement communities, counseling, domestic violence prevention, and management services.
