Mission Statement

We are a missionary organization of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church (AMEZ). Our mission is to: Develop and cultivate a closer walk with Christ; Reduce hunger and poverty at home and abroad; Help girls and young women to become strong, positive, productive Christian women; Expand health initiatives in order to increase health knowledge, awareness and positive behavior among African Americans to specifically address HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Heart Disease and Diabetes; HELP AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITIES BE BETTER PREPARED FOR AND/OR RESPOND TO NATURAL OR HUMAN DISASTERS ORCOMMUNITY CRISES; Increase the number of mission workers; and Increase Zion's leadership visibility and contributions to missions, social justice and advocacy.
