Community Hospice is committed to providing supportive, palliative, loving care to terminally ill clients and their families through an interdisciplinary team.

Description

Community serve clients in the cobb, cherokee and douglasville counties that are terminally ill. We provide medical care via our nurses, medical director, social/psycho support, chaplaincy support, bereavement support and volunteer support for companionship, respite and much more. Our volunteers also give clerical support as well.
