Columbia County Community Healthcare Consortium

Description

The Healthcare Consortium is a rural health network goverened by 34 board members representing health care and health related services in Columbia County. The Consortium serves as home to the Healthy Womens Partnership, Rip Van Winkle Tobacco Free Coalition, Faith in Action Network, Community Partnership for Childrens Dental Health, the Mobile Health project, Speakers Bureau and Medical Transporation Project (CARTS). Our focus is to increase access to quality healthcare by collaborating with other community agencies, businesses and service organizations. We also host a web site which provides links to resources and current information about up coming health events.
