Mission Statement

The Catholic Schools Foundation, Inc. (CSF) was established to provide tuition assistance to needy students attending Roman Catholic primary and secondary schools throughout the Archdiocese of Boston. This assistance, distributed in the form of scholarships, is awarded to students regardless of race, religion, gender, or national origin. CSF supports the educational mission of the Church, while funding programs and services that ensure optimal educational opportunities.

Description

Programs of The Catholic Schools Foundation, Inc. include: The Inner-City Scholarship Fund, which awards tuition assistance benefiting the Catholic education of urban students; The Neighborhood Schools Fund and the Lowell Catholic Schools Fund, providing tuition assistance to Catholic school students outside the inner-city of Boston; The Young Professionals' Team, which provides opportunities for young adults to interact with students by sponsoring tutoring programs, a speaker's bureau, and industry tours as well as holding fund-raisers; and Catholic Schools -- Computers and Networks (CS-CAN), which awards grants to area Catholic Schools for the purposes of updating and promoting computer resources.
